Fun and learning for home educated children in our beautiful Gardens. These primary school sessions will include hands-on activities, games, crafts, and learning with topics changing each week (check website).

1-hour sessions led by the Education team.

Booking is essential and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

• 2nd November 2026: Seeds, Fruits and Harvest - Discovering how plants grow, spread and prepare for autumn
• 9th November 2026: Wonderful Water - Aquatic habitats and the water cycle
• 16th November 2026: Night Creatures - Discovering the secret lives of nocturnal animals
• 23rd November 2026: Nature's Gallery - Land art creation and nature photography challenge
• 30th November 2026: The Science of Autumn - Become an autumn investigator while developing important scientific enquiry and recording skills

Booking is essential and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Given a week’s notice, we will do our best to make provision for your child’s specific educational, medical, physical, or behavioural needs. Please email the team HillierGardens.education@hants.gov.uk

Member price: £8.50 (for 1 adult & 1 child)

Non-member price: £21.50 per child (includes garden admission for one accompanying non-member adult
