Impact are offering the opportunity to join us for a 12-month Preceptorship Programme designed to support professional growth, confidence, and excellence in practice. Aligned with national preceptorship standards and frameworks, the programme provides a structured pathway for development during the transition into practice or a new professional role. This involves 5 training workshops, 5 mentoring sessions and the completion of a portfolio of evidence.
