Author Sarah Bax Horton discusses her sensational identifications of Jack the Ripper and the Thames Torso Killer based on historical evidence. She appears in the new Lucy Worsley TV documentary ‘Victorian Murder Club’ on the subject of the Thames Torso Murders now on BBC iPlayer. Inspired by her great-great grandfather police sergeant Harry Garrett, she re-examined two of the most challenging cold cases of all time to reveal two extraordinary prime suspects.
