Experience the serenity of Iyengar yoga in the peaceful surroundings of the Gardens with Carolyn Ryan, a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience.

Suitable for beginners, you will learn the basic standing, sitting and recuperative poses. Those with experience are welcome and will benefit by working at a deeper level in the poses.

Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat!
