Fun and learning for home educated children in our beautiful Gardens. These primary school sessions will include hands-on activities, games, crafts, and learning with topics changing each week (check website).

1-hour sessions led by the Education team.

Booking is essential and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

• 7th September 2026: Search, Sense and Sketch - Begin your season with an exploration trail, take part in a sensory scavenger hunt, and learn how to make and keep a simple nature journal
• 14th September 2026: Trace, Touch and Measure - Become a tree detective
• 21st September 2026: Hunt, Discover and Protect - Investigating woodland habitats and the creatures that live within them
• 28th September 2026: Autumn Weather Watchers - Understanding clouds, weather and seasonal change

Booking is essential and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Given a week’s notice, we will do our best to make provision for your child’s specific educational, medical, physical, or behavioural needs. Please email the team HillierGardens.education@hants.gov.uk

Member price: £8.50 (for 1 adult & 1 child)

Non-member price: £21.50 per child (includes garden admission for one accompanying non-member adult
