In this one-day workshop you will be able to make at least two large wigwam plant supports for your garden, either to position in the border or in wide pots.

Ideal for supporting beans, sweet peas, clematis, etc.

Led by professional Basketmaker Louise Brown this workshop is suitable for beginners, but a certain amount of manual strength and dexterity is required.

You will be twisting long willow rods which some people find hard on their hands so you might like to bring cotton/rubberised gardening gloves.

The width and height of the wigwams make transport home a consideration!

Expect your wigwams to be approx. 2m high and 45cm diameter at the base, though there is the option to make them smaller all-round.
